A few days ago, passed the "opinions on accelerating the development of new and advantageous industries of exhibition", clearly put forward that we should give full play to the role of Changchun Exhibition Industry Association in promoting, serving, communicating and self disciplined, constantly enhancing vitality and strength, and strive to become an important platform to condense exhibition resources, mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties, and accelerate the development of MICE industry.

President Kou Chunfu pointed out that the platform for the exhibition industry association has gained the attention and support from the city leaders and all sectors of society, and has laid an important foundation for strengthening the association.

Next, the City Exhibition Association will focus on four tasks.

1, closely around the "four batch" to promote the overall level of exhibition industry.

The first is to introduce a number of influential and stimulating exhibitions by attracting exhibitions, special docking and exhibitors. Two, relying on the industry, location, climate and cultural advantages of our city, we plan and develop a number of new exhibitions that can take root, scale and pull. Three, we will strengthen a number of brand exhibitions around the current exhibition's quality and grade.

Four, we should focus on improving the level, scale and level of the exhibition, and make a large number of existing small and medium-sized exhibitions.

2, earnestly perform their duties and fulfill their duties, and do their best to serve the member units.

This year and in the coming period, the association should serve the member units from ten aspects: first, organize business training, expert lectures.

The experience exchange will teach the advanced concepts and experience of the exhibition office.

It is to help member units strive for municipal government's policy support; five is to help member enterprises communicate with government and departments, enterprises and institutions, social organizations, and domestic and foreign industry organizations; six is to provide development services for member units such as development planning, information exchange, legal consultation and other services; seven is to organize member units to jointly plan, develop, host, undertake and organize various exhibitions; eight is to provide preferential and preferential services for member units to publish enterprises, exhibition presentations, advertisements and other preferential services in the Changchun exhibition special issue; nine is to use Changchun exhibition information management center and its three major portals, Changchun exhibition WeChat public platform to provide services and promote marketing for the member units; ten is to help member units reflect their demands to the municipal government. We will accelerate the development of exhibition enterprises, expand and strengthen the leading enterprises of Changchun International Convention and Exhibition Center, Agricultural Expo Park, Barry group, Eurasian store and Northeast Asian cultural city.

We should strengthen the training of exhibition talents, give full play to the role of mice and professional institutions and experts, and continuously improve the capacity of exhibition planning, development, organization and implementation through various forms of training, so as to create high-quality exhibition talents.

We should step up publicity efforts and vigorously carry out all-round, three-dimensional, multi angle and multi lateral publicity to expand the visibility and influence of Changchun's MICE industry.

4, strengthen the association's own construction, enhance service ability and work vitality.

Constantly changing ideas and work style, firmly establish service awareness, standardize the work of the association, enhance strength and enhance vitality.

First, standardize the daily work of the association, improve the rules and regulations, ensure the scientific and standardized operation of the association's daily work; two, strengthen effective communication with the member units, and establish close liaison and good interaction with the member units by establishing liaison staff system and information communication platform; three, standardize the financial management of the association, and receive the principle that the membership dues should be taken from the civilian to the people. Besides the necessary work expenses, the vast majority of them should be used for the activities of the association's organization, such as communication, discussion, study, investigation, publicity, promotion and so on.
