Qiu Guang, chairman and chief executive of Semir Group Co., Ltd., also said in an interview with the media that he had inspected the project in Shenzhen in the Mixc before, and then the two sides hit it off.


Analysts said that for Semir, putting the commercial real estate "the Mixc" project into effect, on the one hand, using local resources integration capability efficiently, combined with Huarun real estate strength, complementing the advantages of commercial real estate projects and brand apparel management, strengthening the control of future retail channels, thereby promoting the diversified future development of Semir group; on the other hand, Wenzhou's economy is well-developed and its residents' consumption level is high. However, Wenzhou does not yet have a high-end comprehensive shopping center, and its prospects are very promising.


In addition, according to the current plan, in the Mixc Wenzhou this complex project, also has the high-end property brand of Huarun, "yue fu", for Semir, the profit margin of this project looks more than that.

Prior to the purchase of the Mixc, Semir had already made some attempts in real estate.


In May this year, Semir clothing announced that in order to obtain the land use right and housing ownership of the Chinese industrial Yanan Road housing, it intends to use the raised capital of 156 million yuan to acquire 100% stake in Zhejiang Chinese industry.


Semir clothing appeared at the beginning of the second years of listing.

According to the China Daily, the company achieved 2 billion 511 million yuan in revenue in the first half, a decrease of 16.54% compared to the same period last year, and a net profit of 248 million yuan, a decrease of 43.22% compared to the same period last year.


Analysts say that unlike the traditional clothing production enterprises' heavy asset mode, Semir clothing, which manages the mass casual wear brand, has always implemented the agency system, and the product production is completely outsourced. This light asset management mode has always been the inherent advantage of Semir clothing.

Now choosing to become heavier may also be an instant change in the face of the new market environment.
