For example, machinery factories are eager for cars, milling, planing and grinders, while the boxes, bags, shoes and garment factories have obvious demand for post teachers, artists and other positions. Especially, professionals with two or three years' experience are particularly hard to recruit. The actual operation level of graduates is difficult to meet the needs of enterprises, resulting in the current contradiction between supply and demand.

Zhao Yanhua believes that, especially after the reduction of the profit margins of some small businesses, the treatment of employees and the working environment can not be improved, so professional technical personnel will be more difficult to recruit.
