According to introducing, after the Haining leather city old city was vacant in October 2005, the leather city Limited by Share Ltd contacted with several enterprises such as Zhejiang agricultural development group, and was prepared to rent it as a whole. After making a comprehensive comparison of development capability, development orientation, rent level and other aspects, it decided to cooperate with EGO group.

Yesterday, EGO group stakeholders told reporters that EGO group, with the core of digital chain and blue real estate, began to enter the field of commercial real estate operation last year, bringing the two most popular business models ShoppingMall (one-stop shopping center) and Outlets (brand discount business) abroad to the two or three tier cities in China, while Haining old leather city has the resources advantage in this area.
