Screen Printing With Flat Screen Printing

Transfer printing: tropical print first prints the pigment on paper with printing method, transfers transfer printing paper, and transfers the color to the fabric through high temperature (heating and pressing on the back of the paper). It is generally used in chemical fiber fabrics. Its characteristics are bright colors, fine layers, realistic flower pattern and strong artistry, but the technology is only suitable for a few synthetic fibers such as polyester.

Transfer printing process is simple, small investment and flexible production.

Register dyeing: usually refers to two times of dyeing process to achieve the same color effect (different ingredients). It is usually used for garment post-processing.

Double staining: it corresponds to single dye. Generally speaking, two different components are dyed two times. They can be dyed in the same color or different colors. It is used for dyeing blended fabrics.

Disperse dyes: non-ionic dyes with relatively small molecules and no water-soluble genes in structure, and fine particles of dyes can disperse evenly in water in the presence of dispersants, thus entering the interior of Tirana fibers with small absorbency for dyeing purposes, and are generally suitable for dyeing polyester fibers.

To remove light: chemical fibers usually have strong luster, but many fabrics do not require strong light, so they should be treated with light. To remove light is to add appropriate amount of light removing agent (highly dispersed powder) into the spinning solution, which destroys the surface of the fiber and causes irregular reflection of the fiber surface to achieve the purpose of removing light. The commonly used light removing agent is titanium dioxide powder. The general dosage is 0. 5%--2%, adjust its dosage to get different luster fibers.

Discharge printing: wash out colors (discharge printing) discharge print (discharge printing) is dyed with dye which is not resistant to discharge agent. After drying, it is printed with dye discharge dye containing discharge agent or containing discharge dye. After treatment, the dyestuff in the printing area is destroyed and bleed, forming white pattern on the color field or color pattern formed by dye dye. Also known as white or color pulling.

Decrement Printing: this process utilizes the difference in chemical resistance between different fibers in interwoven or blended fabrics, and uses a printing method to apply a baking agent to remove one of the fibers locally, leaving other fibers to form translucent patterns. It's also called burn printing or burnt out printing.

Crinkle printing: locally applying chemicals that can expand or contract fibers on the fabric by means of printing. Through proper treatment, the difference between expansion and shrinkage of the fibers in the printing part and non printing part can be obtained, so that the products with regular concave convex patterns on the surface can be obtained. Such as pure cotton printed foam with caustic soda as expanding agent. It's also called bump printing.

flat screen printing The printing die is a polyester or nylon screen mesh with a hollowed pattern on the square rack. The pattern on the flower plate can be passed through the color paste, and the polymer mesh is used to seal the mesh. When printing, the flower plate is pressed tightly on the fabric, the color paste on the flower plate is scraped and pressed repeatedly with a scraper, so that the dye paste reaches the fabric surface through the pattern. Flat screen printing has low efficiency, but wide adaptability and flexible application. It is suitable for small batch and multi variety production.

rotary screen printing The printing die is a cylindrical nickel screen with hollowed pattern. It is installed on the rubber belt of the cycle running in a certain order and can rotate synchronously with the conduction band. When printing, the color paste is stored in the net and stored in the net bottom. When the round net rotates along the conduction band, the scraper and the net are pressed relative to the net, and the color paste reaches the fabric surface through the web pattern.

Rotary screen printing is a continuous process with high production efficiency. It also has the advantages of roller and peace screen printing. However, there are still some limitations in fine texture and bright color.

Direct printing is made of dye modulated pulp directly printed on white or light colored fabric to form pattern patterns. The process is simple, the cost is low, and the application is the most.

Inkjet printing: busy print

Tie dye: Tie Dye

Segment dyeing: space dye

Pigment dyeing: pigment dye

Pigment printing: pigment print, also known as pigment printing, because the pigment is a water-soluble coloring matter, and has no affinity to the fiber, its coloring must be achieved by coating the polymer compound (adhesive) and adhering to the fiber. Pigment printing can be used in any fiber textile processing. It has advantages in blending and weaving. It is simple in technology, wide in chromatogram, clear in shape, but poor in touch and low in rubbing fastness.

Pakistan'S Parliament Thinks The Government Extends The 15% Export Duty Of Yarn.

On Tuesday, the Standing Committee of the textile industry of the Pakistan Congress suggested that the government extend the 15% regulatory tax on the expropriation of yarn exports until August 26th, instructing the Ministry of textile industry to enact laws to crack down on the hoarding of cotton and yarns of the spinning factory owners.
