Smokers put cigarettes in a few mouthfuls and then put the rest of them into the storage bin on the lighter shell. After the design was completed, Hou Duanfeng submitted a patent application to the State Intellectual Property Office in June 20th last year. After nearly 8 months, in mid February of this year, he finally received the notification from the State Intellectual Property Office of the grant of utility model patents and registration procedures.
