　　据南通检验检疫局统计，今年一季度，南通地区出口服装退运仅1批、6790件、0.65万美元；而去年同期，出口服装退运共计5批、56169件，金额达9.89万美元；今年较去年同比分别下降80%、87.91%和93.43%，出口服装质量显著提升。
