Over the past year, I have loved my job and carried out the teaching principle of "taking students as the main body and guided by teachers". I have actively participated in the practice of education and teaching reform, constantly updated the concepts of education and teaching, conscientiously prepared lessons, attended classes, listened to lectures, corrected homework in time, reviewed assignments, did a good job in after-school tutoring, extensively involved in all kinds of knowledge, formed a relatively complete knowledge structure, strictly requested students, respected students, carried out teaching democracy, so that students could learn to earn and improve continuously, thus continuously improving their teaching level and ideological awareness, and successfully completing teaching and teaching tasks.

I. ideological and political aspects

In one year, I was strict in thinking and loved the party. In the first half of this year, I submitted an application to join the party.

So, for the past year, I have asked myself for the standards of Party members. I have been actively studying the party rules and regulations of the party constitution and the two regulations for the past year, and strive to improve their political level.

Obedience to schools and arrangements, actively cooperate with leaders and colleagues to do all kinds of work.


Two, education and teaching

1, in knowledge learning.

Although the teaching time is tight and the task is heavy in one year, I want to improve my teaching level.

One is learning from books.

I often read "primary education", "excellent teaching plan" and other books, and applied for the undergraduate self taught examination, so as to further improve their knowledge in knowledge, and recharge their brains.

The two is learning from comrades.

Whether it is the lectures organized by the school collective organizations or the opportunity to learn to listen to lectures created by myself, I have conscientiously grasped the ways and means of teaching and learning from colleagues, and learned the art of teaching from lectures.

2, in teaching.

I earnestly grasp every link in teaching and improve the quality of teaching.

Mainly from three aspects: before class, after class and after class: first, grasp the preparation before class.

We should carefully study the teaching materials before class, make clear the basic ideas, basic concepts, every sentence and every word of the textbook, understand the structural features, key points and difficulties of the textbook, grasp the logic of knowledge, and be able to use it freely, knowing what information to supplement and how to teach it well.

Two is to grasp classroom teaching.

First, I organize classroom teaching, pay attention to all students, do well in information feedback, arouse students' attention, and keep the classroom relatively stable.

At the same time, we should arouse students' emotions and make them happy and create a good classroom atmosphere.

And I noticed the brevity of classroom language, asking questions for all students in class, arousing students' interest in learning, combining practice with practice in class, and arranging homework to be less and more precise, and lighten the burden of students.

The three is to grasp after-school counselling.

In order to improve the quality of teaching, we should pay attention to after-school counselling.

Pupils are active, playful, and lack self-control. They are unable to finish their homework on time, and some students plagiarize their homework.

In view of this behavior, I take the ideological education of students as a principle of work, and put this principle into teaching.

On the guidance of underachievers, students should make plans and goals for students according to their respective situations.

So that they all have their own "private teachers".

3, in the class teacher's work.

As a class teacher, the main purpose of my class work is to let every student spend every day in school happily, teaching and educating people.

First, care attentively.

Care for every child, so that they can be happy every day because of a class teacher like me. At the same time, they learn how to behave when they acquire knowledge of books.

This is the focus of my day as a teacher and the focus of my life as a teacher in charge of a class.

I often teach children to go home to do housework for their parents.

Attention should be paid to standardizing students' behavior, constantly raising the upsurge of learning, perfect self image, helping each other in learning and doing a good job of helping one another.

For the underachievers, I should adopt more encouragement and less criticism methods, treat them with tolerant attitude every fault, expect them to wait for every step of their progress, pay attention to every glittering point with their appreciative eyes, and praise every success with joy.

The two is to set an example.

I always pay attention to words and deeds, as a teacher.

Usually, if students are asked to do it, I will do it first.

The three is all-round training.

I pay attention to the cultivation of students' social practice ability. By carrying out a series of team activities, a group of excellent class cadres with active thinking, strong sense of responsibility and independent views and organizational abilities have emerged. They have created a class with civilized discipline, solidarity, mutual help, diligence and progress, and cohesive force.

In the future, the quality of teachers will be higher. In the future education and teaching work, I will be more strict with myself, work hard, carry forward the advantages, correct shortcomings, forge ahead, and dedicate myself to a better tomorrow.
