Burma Will Enjoy Zero Tariff Preferences For 180 Commodities Exported To Indonesia.

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Commerce of Burma 2008/2, according to the AISP plan, from the end of May 2009, 180 commodities exported to Burma will enjoy zero tariff preferences.

The products that enjoy zero tariff preferences include aquatic products, animal products, fruits, building materials, machinery products, wood processing products, fish and shrimp, crab, eggs, duck eggs, bird's nest, beans, onion, coffee seeds, corn, edible palm oil, vegetable oil, purified water, beverages, brown sugar, vinegar, vine, plywood, paper, white iron, sewing machines, toys and pformers.

At the same time, it is stipulated that the products that enjoy zero tariff preferences must be imported products for Burma domestic products, such as imported products, and domestic components shall not be less than 40% of the total production volume.
